Please include your iOS version, device model, Rereado app version, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send copyrighted book files unless we specifically ask for a sample that you have the right to share.

Common questions

What book files are supported? Rereado supports unprotected EPUB files. PDF, Kindle, MOBI, AZW3, and DRM-protected library loans are not supported yet.
Where are my books and notes stored? They are stored locally on your device. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
How do reminders work? Review reminders are optional. If you allow notifications, Rereado schedules reminders based on your local review schedule. You can change notification permission in iOS Settings.
How do I manage a subscription? Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account settings. You can cancel, renew, or review billing there.
