Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic rules for using Rereado. They are meant to be plain and practical.

Using Rereado

By using Rereado, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Rereado is a reading, note-taking, and spaced review app. You are responsible for the EPUB files and notes you add to the app, including making sure you have the right to use any books you import.

App license

Rereado is licensed, not sold. Unless a separate custom license is provided in App Store metadata, your license to use Rereado is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement .

Subscriptions

Rereado may offer auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple. Prices, trial offers, renewal periods, and included features are shown in the app before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles billing, refunds, and payment details according to its terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Rereado, interfere with the app, attempt to bypass paid features, or use the app in a way that violates law or someone else's rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Rereado stores or receives and how it is used.

No warranty

Rereado is provided as is and as available. We try to keep it useful and reliable, but we do not promise that it will be error-free or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost opportunities arising from your use of Rereado.

Changes

We may update these terms as Rereado changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
